Thank you for everything you did to make my flowers and chocolates order a very special valentine day gift for my wife in China! Since this was the first time I made an on-line purchase to send a gift to my wife I must admit that I was not sure if you could even get the flowers to as she lives in a more remote area of China.
I want to say your service certainly exceeded my expectations not only did you get the flowers and chocolates to her they also arrived exactly when you said they would.

I also received an email from the recipient one hour after the receipt on Saturday. The order was placed on Friday. You telephoned me immediately on Friday to let me know the delivery might not happen on Saturday due to short notice and the distance from Beijing to Wenzhou. You (a Ms. Chen) said that you will try your best. You also contacted the recipient on my behalf for correct delivery address.. Then the delivery occurred on Saturday, in Wenzhou, at 1 00p local time. The Valentine arrangement of chocolate plus kissing bears was beautiful. The recipient was very happy with the gift. I thank you very much for your quick and superb service.
